Wills & Powers of Attorney

Proper planning for peace of mind.

Our Service

Need Help?

At Namadgi Legal, we provide a tech-forward and highly efficient wills and powers of attorney service, for both singles and couples.

Having a will and enduring power of attorney not only gives you peace of mind, it also makes everything so much easier for your loved ones. Even if you’re not worried about the risk of dispute, loved ones need space and time to grieve and that can become impossible if the deceased’s last wishes were unknown or unclear or if legal issues arise. Everyone over the age of 18 years should have a will and it is especially critical after you have children.

A valid will ensures your assets are distributed according to your wishes and can help minimise the risk of disputes after your passing. We guide you through the process of appointing executors, identifying beneficiaries, and making provisions for dependants, charitable gifts, or specific bequests.

An enduring power of attorney allows you to appoint someone you trust to make financial and legal decisions on your behalf if you lose capacity. In the ACT, this document is essential for ensuring your affairs are managed according to your preferences, particularly in the event of illness, injury, or age-related decline.

Our services include:

  • Drafting and updating wills to reflect your current wishes.
  • Preparing enduring powers of attorney (ACT/NSW) and appointments of enduring guardian (NSW).
  • Witnessing documents, including binding death benefit nominations for retail/industry super.
  • Advising you as required, for example in relation to international asset pools.

Planning ahead with a will and enduring power of attorney gives you peace of mind and protects your loved ones from unnecessary stress. At Namadgi Legal, we make the process straightforward and respectful.

Prices starting from $330 inc GST for singles or $495 for couples, plus disbursements at cost.
